The Norfolk Senior Center will be hosting a Bingocize fall prevention class series beginning on December 4th. The class will be held every Monday and Wednesday beginning at 2:15 p.m. and will last for about 45-60 minutes. Bingocize is a FREE 10-week health promotion program that combines the game of Bingo with physical activity and health education. All exercises can be modified for all levels. Come and join us for bingo, socialization, exercise, education, and a chance to win prizes!
