Immunizations / Vaccines:
To help keep you and your family healthy, ELVPHD provides all recommended vaccines for children, teens and adults. The majority of vaccines provided are covered by insurance without requirement of a copay or co-insurance to meet your deductible. However, all people interested in receiving vaccines should check the immunization coverage allowed with their specific insurance plan. For children who are uninsured or underinsured, we also provide the Vaccines for Children program and for Adults who are uninsured we provide the Vaccines for Adults program (eligibility requirements apply).
