We want you to LOVE YOUR HEART by participating in our heart health education series! Our next Love Your Heart series will take place in Norfolk at our ELVPHD Norfolk office beginning 1/20/26 at 5pm. 

ELVPHD's Love Your Heart education classes focus on: blood pressure, nutrition, physical activity, medication management, stress and more! You are welcome to attend the whole series (or attend just a few sessions if you are not able to attend them all). Please see the flyer below and register by clicking here.

Healthcare Providers: We welcome your referrals of patients for our Love Your Heart Hypertension series. Please refer your patients by completing the Healthcare Provider Blood Pressure Self-Managment Class  Referral Form. We will reach out to your patient when the next series is available in their town/area.
