Join us for our ONLINE Scale Down Weight Loss program beginning January 12th! This program can be accessed online anywhere, at any time! The online platform will help you track your way to weight-loss success while our virtual health coaching support keeps you motivated and moving forward. Norfolk - Love Your Heart 7-Week Blood Pressure Program: Begins 1/20/26

Join us for our Love Your Heart blood pressure self-management program. Love Your Heart begins on 1/20/26 at 5pm in Norfolk at ELVPHD (128 W. Norfolk Ave.). This program will be each Tuesday at 5pm for 7 weeks. Attendance at all sessions is encouraged but not required.

Pilger Love Your Heart classes: Begins 2/13/26

Join us for our Love Your Heart 7-session education series' starting 2/13/26 at the Cooper Family Center in Pilger at 10:30am. These fun and interactive classes will help you improve your heart health, blood pressure and overall well being. Classes are free. Class sizes are limited so please register early.

Tai Chi - Wisner Senior Center (Begins 3/3/26)

Join us for Tai Chi at the Wisner Senior Center beginning 3/3/26 at 9:30am. This 8-week Tai Chi class series will be held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am - 10:30am. Tai Chi is for all ages and physical abilities. Please join us for this fun and interactive class! Class size is limited so please register early.
