A Healthy Coping Skills workshop because thriving with diabetes starts with healthy coping, balanced living and believing in your ability to succeed every day.
Join our diabetes self-management program (EMPOWERMENT) can help you take control of your diabetes lower your A1C! There is no out-of-pocket cost for our program and our qualified diabetes health coach will work with your schedule and we tailor the program to the topics that you want and need to better control your diabetes. The program can be done virtually or in-person - your choice!
Radon test kits are available for just $15 each. Kits can be purchased at any of our offices, or they can be ordered online and shipped to your home.
