Scale Down Weight Loss Program ONLINE - $75 (Begins August 26th)

Join us for our ONLINE Scale Down Weight Loss program beginning August 26th! This program can be accessed online anywhere, at any time! The online platform will help you track your way to weight-loss success while our virtual health coaching support keeps you motivated and moving forward. We also host 3 in-person optional group sessions and optional weekly virtual group check-ins as part of this program for those who would like additional support. Love Your Heart 8-Week Blood Pressure Program: West Point

Join us for our Love Your Heart blood pressure self-management program. Love Your Heart begins on 9/10/24 at 5pm at Franciscan Healthcare in West Point (Assisi room). This program will be each Tuesday at 5pm for 8 weeks. Attendance at all 8 weeks is encouraged but not required. Take Control and Reduce Your Risk for a Healthy Heart!
