Tai Chi & Bingocize Instructor Certification
Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department works with senior centers and other community organizations to bring Tai Chi classes to the communities we serve. Over 350 seniors have increased their balance and flexibility by taking Tai Chi and Bingocize classes in our area. These programs are safe for all abilities and proven to reduce falls and improve physical, social and mental health of seniors.
In order to offer the classes throughout our service area (Madison, Stanton, Burt & Cuming counties), we rely on a strong network of volunteer instructors. If you are interested in becoming a certified Tai Chi or Bingocize instructor and hosting a class in your home town, please contact us. The instructor certification classes are online-based for both Tai Chi and Bingocize. We support our volunteer instructors by covering the costs of training/certification fees and assisting with class promotion, registration and required paperwork for each Tai Chi and Bingocize class series.
