The Norfolk Community Breastfeeding Initiative (NCBI) will be holding its next meeting on June 8th at the Midtown Health Center conference room. The Norfolk Community Breastfeeding Initiative was created in June 2014, and consists of representatives from various health-related organizations in the area, as well as community members with an interest in promoting breastfeeding. The NCBI’s main objective is to promote and support breastfeeding families in an effort to increase breastfeeding rates across Madison County.
