Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department (ELVPHD) will hold their weekly immunization clinic at 302 W. Phillip Ave. The immunization clinic is held the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Wednesdays of each month from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and the 4th Wednesday of each month from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Appointments are required by calling (402) 529-2233.
ELVPHD provides childhood immunizations to VFC eligible children as well as to children and adults who are privately insured. Immunizations are needed for infants at ages 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12-15 months & 18 months. For school-aged children, immunizations are needed prior to entry into kindergarten (ages 4-6 years) and prior to entry into 7th grade (11-13 years). In addition, adult vaccines including Tdap, Influenza, MMR, Pneumonia, TB testing, and Hepatitis are also available.
