Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department (ELVPHD) provides vaccines for children and adults at their office located at 1121 S. 13th Street, Tekamah. Immunizations are available Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm by appointment only. Call 402-529-2233 to schedule.
ELVPHD’s immunization program has the following services available:
· Childhood vaccines with most private insurance plans accepted
· Childhood vaccines for those who are uninsured or underinsured
· Adult vaccines with most private insurance plans accepted
· Select adult vaccines for those who are uninsured or underinsured (Tdap, MMR, Flu,
Hepatitis B)
· Traveler’s vaccines by special order
