Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department (ELVPHD) provides vaccines for children and adults at their office located at 2104 21st Circle. Immunizations are available Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling (402) 529-2233 to make an appointment.
ELVPHD’s immunization program provides childhood immunizations to those with private insurance, VFC eligible children as well as for private pay. Immunizations are needed for infants at ages 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12-15 months & 18 months. For school-aged children, immunizations are needed prior to entry into kindergarten (ages 4-6 years) and prior to entry into 7th grade (11-13 years). Adult vaccines are also available.
