Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department (ELVPHD) is hosting a Love Your Heart education series in Norfolk beginning in January 2026. If you or a loved one has high blood pressure, heart disease or are simply looking to improve your heart health then this education series will help you learn what you can do to take control of and manage your condition by making healthy lifestyle changes to improve your heart health.
The series will meet weekly (each Tuesday at 5pm) for 7 weeks beginning on 1/20/26 at Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department’s Norfolk office (128 W. Norfolk Ave.). Those registering are encouraged to attend all sessions; however, attendance at all sessions is not required. There is no cost for the class series. Topics include: improving blood pressure, eating healthier, weight management, physical activity and many more.
