Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department (ELVPHD) will hold their weekly immunization clinic on Wednesdays in January. Clinic times are 10am – 3pm the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Wednesdays of each month and from 1pm to 6pm on the 4th Wednesday. Appointments are required for the Norfolk immunization clinic by calling (402) 529-2233. ELVPHD accepts most major insurances, Heritage Health/Medicaid, Medicare and also provides the Vaccines for Children program for those who are eligible.
Most childhood, adolescent and adult vaccines are available. Children should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and a current copy of the child’s past immunization records are required. The Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department VFC Immunization Program is supported in part by Federal Immunization Program Funds awarded to ELVPHD by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.
