Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department is pleased to
announce that on Saturday, April 29th the community is invited to
attend a free Tai Chi class in honor of World Tai Chi Day. Tai Chi: Moving for
Better Balance is a form of exercise that assists with flexibility and balance. It puts minimal stress on joints, is
generally safe for people of all ages, and is especially beneficial for those
sixty years of age or older. We invite you to take part in the upcoming
class. Class warm up will start at 9:30 AM and the class will last approximately
an hour and a half. This will take place at the Norfolk United Methodist Church,
406 W Philip Ave. Tai Chi class instructor Mary Wakeley will be leading the
class. Registration is not necessary. Please call the Elkhorn Logan Valley
