Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department (ELVPHD) provides vaccines for children and adults at their office located at 2104 21st Circle, Wisner. Immunizations are available Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm by appointment. Call 402-529-2233 to schedule.
ELVPHD’s immunization program provides childhood immunizations to VFC eligible children as well as for children and adults with private insurance. Immunizations are needed for infants at ages 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12-15 months & 18 months. For school-aged children, immunizations are needed prior to entry into kindergarten (ages 4-6 years) and prior to entry into 7th grade (11-13 years). Adult vaccines including Tdap, Influenza, MMR, Pneumonia and Hepatitis are also available.
