Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department (ELVPHD) Wisner office provides immunizations at their office located at 2104 21st Circle, Wisner. Immunizations are available Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Appointments are required by calling (402) 529-2233. ELVPHD accepts most major insurances, Heritage Health/Medicaid, Medicare and also provides the Vaccines for Children program for those who are eligible.
Most childhood, adolescent and adult vaccines are available. Children should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and a current copy of the child’s past immunization records are required. The Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department VFC Immunization Program is supported in part by Federal Immunization Program Funds awarded to ELVPHD by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.
