Love Your Heart 8-Week Blood Pressure Program: Norfolk

Join us for our Love Your Heart blood pressure self-management program. Love Your Heart begins on 1/21/25 at 5pm in Norfolk at ELVPHD (128 W. Norfolk Ave.). This program will be each Tuesday at 5pm for 8 weeks. Attendance at all 8 weeks is encouraged but not required.

Tai Chi - Norfolk Senior Center (Begins 1/7/25)

Join us for Tai Chi at the Norfolk Senior Center beginning 1/7/25 at 10am. This 8-week Tai Chi class series will be held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am - 11am. Tai Chi is for all ages and physical abilities. Please join us for this fun and interactive class! Class size is limited so please register early.
