On behalf of the Nebraska Association of Local Health Directors (NALHD), I am excited to inform you that Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department has been designated as a NALHD Health Literacy Champion for 2018-2020.
By completing a Health Literacy Check-Up and Action Plan your health department has met the requirements for Champion status and will have an active designation as a Health Literacy Champion through October of 2020.
