Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department (ELVPHD) along with the Stanton Carnegie Public Library are pleased to announce that a Love Your Heart series is set to begin in February. This Love Your Heart Class is provided to improve heart health with a focus on managing blood pressure and making small changes to improve your heart health
The class series will take place on Fridays at 10:00a.m. beginning February 2,2024, at the Stanton Carnegie Public Library and will last for 7 weeks. There is no cost for the class.
Love Your Heart Series will teach various topics each week to help improve blood pressure, learn how to eat healthier, weight management, physical activity and more. Attendees are encouraged to attend all of the 7 classes; however, those unable to attend all can come to the individual weekly classes as able.
