Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department is soliciting sealed bids for the renovation of their newly-acquired future Norfolk office building. Bids will be accepted until 12:00 P.M. CST on January 27, 2023. Sealed bids may be hand delivered during normal business hours or mailed to Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department, 314 N. 5th St., Suite 100, Norfolk, NE 68701. All envelopes must be marked “Sealed Bid Enclosed.” Construction specifics can be obtained by e-mailing info@elvphd.ne.gov to request bid specs. Work of the successful bidder must be completed in full by 9-1-2023. All bidders will be required to present proof of Builder’s Risk Coverage AND Workers’ Compensation Coverage for construction workers prior to any work beginning. Successful bidder will be notified by 2/1/23 at 9:00 A.M. CST.
