Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department (ELVPHD) will hold their bimonthly West Immunization clinic at the Cuming County Court House Meeting Room located at 200 S. Lincoln St. West Point, NE. The clinic will be held Thursday, June 20th from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 pm. Appointments are required by calling 402-529-2233.
Children’s vaccine are available for those who are privately insured (most major insurance plans accepted), Heritage Health and for children without insurance. Immunizations are needed for infants at ages 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12-15 months & 18 months. For school-aged children, immunizations are needed prior to entry into kindergarten (ages 4-6 years) and prior to entry into 7th grade (11-13 years).
Adult vaccines are available for those who are privately insured (most major insurance plans accepted). There are select vaccines available for those who are uninsured including: Tdap, MMR and Hepatitis B through the Adult Immunization program. Travel vaccines are also available upon request.
