SEPTEMBER IS NATIONAL FOOD SAFETY MONTH!
ELVPHD will be holding ServSafe Food Handler safety classes as follows:
9/24/2019 – 1:30 – 4:00 p.m. in Wisner
10/24/2019 – 1:30 – 4:00 p.m. in Norfolk
Class for Burt and Stanton Counties coming soon.
This class meets the requirements of the Nebraska Law that became effective 9/1/19 mandating those preparing food for resale out of their home take a nationally accredited food safety and handling education course.
Cost is $50/person, including manual.
